Challenge: Employee Engagement surveys are sent to clients and then analysed and transformed into meaningful metrics by the team at Pro-Development. Doing this manually amounted to days of effort and required careful attention to avoid human-error.
Solution: A bespoke program, which takes the raw data from the survey results and transforms it into the output they need in Excel. This output needed to be in Pro-Development's custom format to be presented back to their clients.
Result: Days of effort reduced to the click of a button and a two-minute program, saving time and effort and eliminating the possibility of human-error.
Challenge: Chris and Jen use discovery calls to capture client request requirements at the start of every project. Hand writing notes for these calls was time-consuming and error-prone.
Solution: I showed them how to use the latest AI transcription, summarization and research tech to streamline their discovery process and help with subsequent competitor and market research.
Result: Post discovery call summaries and actions now available immediately and hours of research is now returned within seconds.

BBS Crypto Consultancy
Challenge: Ben, founder of BBS Crypto Consultancy, needed a way to automate the sharing of crypto news on X (Twitter) to build credibility and drive traffic to his business. Manual posting was time-consuming, and budget constraints made paid automation tools unfeasible.
Solution: I implemented a fully automated content pipeline from trusted crypto sources (CoinDesk, CoinTelegraph, CryptoSlate). This system pulls headlines and posts them to X twice daily—without requiring ongoing manual input.
Result: Ben’s X account now shares relevant crypto news automatically, keeping his audience engaged while he focuses on business growth. The solution was built using free tools, eliminating the need for costly third-party services.
